Micros Software, Inc. was certified and granted the use of Privacy Mark, which was established by the Japan Information Processing Development Corporation (JIPDEC) to promote the appropriate protection of personal data.

We, Micros Software, Inc., recognize how important the protection of personal data is in software consulting, designing, producing, operating and maintaining on customer demands. The following are our measures to be implemented pursuant to JIS's "Personal Information Protection Management Systems-Requirements(JIS Q 15001)". We shall thoroughly implement and maintain those for the entire company.

Personal data shall be collected only after notifying the purpose or obtaining the data subject's consent and shall be handled in a lawful and fair manner only within the scope consented.

We shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines in relation to the protection of personal data.

Safety Measures

We shall devise sufficient safety measures in order to prevent from any unauthorized access to personal data or divulgation, loss or falsification of personal data. Should any injustice case happen we shall correct and redress them immediately.

Consultation Service

We shall provide a consultation service and respond to the inquiries, complaints and requests concerning personal data. When disclosure, correction, disuse or erasure of the personal data we obtain is requested we shall handle it within reasonable range after confirming the customer's identity.

Continuous Improvement

We shall make continuous and incremental improvements in personal information protection management system.
