We acquired a certification of ISO9001（ISO:International Organization for Standardization）which is an international standard of quality assurance, at January 21, 2000 for the head office and August 11, 2000 for Sapporo office to provide products and services which can be trusted by our customers more than before. Japan Quality Assurance Organization(JQA) recognized the quality for our three basic services that consist of Internet SI service, System development service and IT consulting service. We had served our customers on the basis of our policy that "To accumulate customers' trust, the products are 'quality' which is supported by our 'technology'." We acquired the certification because we thought that the new theme for the information and communication industory which evolves technological innovation is to provide products and services that have better quality. From now on, under our quality policy that "We aim to raise our customers' satisfaction by professional quality assurance that is made by each hand.", we aim to get our customers' satisfaction more than before by checking the quality from design to delivery and by establishing an excellent quality assurance system, improving our work process.
