Our company aim to be a professional SE group. It includes developing human resources for leading projects successful and making organization strong. Furthermore it is our aspect to support employees for improving their skill. In addition to encouraging them to attend to outside seminars, we conduct our own company workshops as human resource development programs, which is started from requests in a company.
We has started our own training and educational programs for intermediate class managers, who can lead projects successful and make the organization powerful, which is essential for our company.
We call it "a meeting" but educate employees of a manager class by having a regular instructor and learning through lectures and practices. It has been over a year and covers wide range. This "meeting" is held in Hokkaido office and Osaka office at same time via a television conference.
This course is for those who really want to study object-orientation. It is not simply a classroom lecture style but more a full-scale training program. They acquire professional skills through working on homework and practice. We invite a personal instructor who establishes a curriculum just for us. This lasts for one year and sets a high-level goal, which would be very hard because there was a voice of some may drop out before the end. This course is held in Hokkaido office and Osaka office at same time via a television conference as well.
